How tokens work
Video processing costs 3 tokens per 10 seconds of input, metered per second.
- Checking status, listing jobs, and downloads are free.
- Top up any time, on any plan: 500 tokens for $5 · 1,200 tokens for $10 · 3,000 tokens for $25. Purchased tokens don't expire while your account is open.
- Subscriptions include a discounted monthly token grant. Unused grant tokens roll over while you stay subscribed, up to 3× your monthly grant.
- Paid plans can turn on automatic top-up with a hard monthly spending limit, so jobs never fail because you ran out of tokens.
How billing works
We bill for the duration of the video you process, not how long our servers take to process it.
- A 10 second video costs 10 seconds. We bill per second, with no rounding up to the nearest minute.
- If you trim a clip out of a longer file, you are billed for the clip, not the source. Pulling a 30 second clip from a 1 hour recording costs 30 seconds.
- Failed jobs are never billed.
- Your plan's monthly allowance renews every month.
